365 Legal Services hold out-of-hours phones for legal firms, free of charge

Many law firms choose to divert their 'out of hours' numbers to 365 Legal Services on evenings, weekends and bank holidays. They do this to have a better quality of life, why don't you?

Unlike other agencies, 365 Legal Services are LAA compliant and only legal representatives holding a valid PIN will accept client cases direct from the Defence Solicitor Call Centre (DSCC). 

Once we have been instructed through the DSCC or direct from a firm, we take care of everything.  We contact the police station where your client is being detained and conduct an initial advice call before leaving our details with the custody suite. 

Once your client is ready to be interviewed, a fully qualified solicitor, Cilex member or legal representative will attend the police station promptly and deal with your case. All case files and completed LAA mandates are then sent to you directly. 

When your clients contact your out of hours number, one of our experienced and qualified staff members will strive to help them with any issues that they may have. All queries are noted along with client contact details and then sent to you via whatever means you prefer. 

From time-to-time urgent client queries cannot be addressed by our team . In these cases, we will contact an appointed person with your clients' contact details.
